Sonoma Chocolatiers will be introducing a NEW bar and a single origin truffle from the rare Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund #13 bean from Vietnam (clear notes of cinnamon, tart apple, and graham cracker)—they are the ONLY chocolate maker on the West Coast with access to this bean.

AND they just made a batch of their Point Reyes Blue Cheese truffle for the first time in over 10 years!

They will also have some of their more unexpected flavors, like Rosemary Goat Cheese Truffle, Rose’ caramel, Sesame Lemon Truffle with Cumin, and Holi Orange caramel (orange, saffron, cardamom, and chili, in honor of the Indian celebration of Holi), and Orange Elderflower ganache on a hazelnut gianduja truffle.
